“How long should I workout “ is a question that’s very important. A lot of times one tends to skip a workout under the notion that “If I can’t train for an hour I’ll get nothing out of my workout “
In actuality I firmly believe that all of your workouts can yield results as long as you put in a great effort while exercising!
For example if you wind up only having 10 minutes for training hit your abs! Choose 3 different exercises & do them for 50 seconds each with 10 seconds rest between exercises.
If you have 15 minutes do 5 sets of push ups / 5 sets of Lunges & finish with 3 sets of burpees.
If you have a lot to do in the morning get up a bit earlier & walk to school or work!
If the day is jam packed do 20 minutes of stretching & mobility before you get ready for bed!
Everything adds up at the end of the day so make sure you put in that work regardless if it’s 10 minutes or an hour at the gym
