I’ve been training Mikaela Peterson for 3 years now! We met on a training trip I did with Topphälsa mag and we’ve been working out regularly since then!
Mikaela’s training didn’t slow down during the months she was pregnant. We adapted the workouts of course and gave a lot of emphasis on strengthening he glutes, lower back, quads & core upper body.
The workouts really paid off! Mikaela was fully recovered in just 8 weeks ( Normally 12–16 weeks plus!) I personally haven’t witnessed that fast a recovery.
